Yesterday was not a great day!
So my food journal is to the right. I started of great but somewhere some how got way off track. Ok lets face it, it is not some way some how.... We have all hear it before PROPER PREPARATION PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE!
I LEARNED MY LESSON: If I prepare my meals and snacks ahead of time there would be less chance to fall off track. I can be eating the right things at the right time because it is already prepared!
