Sugar is no good...we all know that. I think my problem is worse than the average. I had a pretty good day yesterday and then I ate some Dots....wrong move. When I have sugar I can't stop. One little drop and I am totally off the band wagon. So in the middle of the night I got up and ate rice krispy treats that my friends daughter left sitting on the counter. BAD it was all bad.
