Sugar is no good...we all know that. I think my problem is worse than the average. I had a pretty good day yesterday and then I ate some Dots....wrong move. When I have sugar I can't stop. One little drop and I am totally off the band wagon. So in the middle of the night I got up and ate rice krispy treats that my friends daughter left sitting on the counter. BAD it was all bad. My food journal is below and some awesome tips on nutrition.

My food journal from yesterday is posted below. I am doing really good with my diet so far. This is why I do the food journals when I feel off track, it really helps me be more aware of what I am eating. I would definitely suggest it to all of you who struggle with diet.
WATER WATER WATER!!! I do need to step up my water consumption.
On another note...if you watched the video from yesterday's post , I mentioned a friend who suggested that I eat all my carbs before 2pm. This is supposed to speed and promote fat loss. Thanks Denise for looking out! (I'm always looking for new tips!) I also watched a video from Zuzka Light where she mentioned that she only has carbs (bread rice potatoes etc) after her workouts and earlier in the day for the same reasons that Denise mentioned. I'm going to give it a try feel free to give it a go too! let me know what you think!!

I'm drinking more water!!! Yesterday I did a two a day and my diet was AWESOME. I ran a couple miles yesterday morning and had my time with Shaun T. yesterday evening! I felt FANTASTIC. 4 Days down 20 to go!
