When I find myself becoming easily agitated I know its because I haven't spent enough time in prayer and meditation. When I put in more time in this area, I get out better results in my day to day living. It becomes easier for me to draw on that inner strength, that allows me to calmly put things into perspective! If you are not getting the results you desire, if you are not seeing the changes that you want to see, evaluate what you are feeding yourself mentally , spiritually and physically. We need daily nourishment in all these areas !
