Next week will be end of this current 30-day challenge. Today I have spent time evaluating my growth and progress so far. On March 26th I made my first post in it I stated the following as my objectives for the next thirty days: "I will meditate daily , I will deal with the source of my emotions and not just act emotionally, I will push my body physically and I will be satisfied with an awesome me."
I have meditated daily and as a direct result the heaviness of certain emotions are lighter. I have a clearer view and am able to address challenges head on from a different yet more effective perspective. Next week I intend to really push hard on my workouts! I have just slightly pushed my boundaries but I know I can push way past that.
I am excited, motivated and ready to take on new challenges everyday. I am running into my destiny full speed ahead, Next week is week 4. Evaluate your progress, make improvements and be ready to set some new goals!
