BALANCE. This routine keeps me balanced, focused and growing (sounds like a cereal commercial huh?). I think there is too much emphasis put on the physical when many times what prohibits our physical evolution is the blockage we have mentally and emotionally . Its not all about looking good in my shortest mini for the summer, but being better each day from the inside out. Its about Accomplishing small feats each day that propel me further into the life that I see for myself.
So having realized that its time for me step up my game! I will eat better , I will meditate daily , I will deal with the source of my emotions and not just act emotionally, I will push my body physically and I will be satisfied with an awesome me.
Over the next 30 days I will post my workouts, and food journal in addition to any insights revealed!
