Use the gel inside of an Aloe Vera plant. Apply liberally and keep skin moist for best results.
For heart burn
Take 1 tablespoonful of Aloe Vera juice in water or juice and sip slowly.
For ulcers sip thought out the day to help relive symptoms.
For your hair
Use 4 oz of Aloe Vera juice and
3tbs. of Coconut Oil
10 drops of Clary Sage
10 drops of Lavender
10 drops of Rosemary
10 drops of vitamin E (as a preservative, if not REFRIGERATE after each use)
Mix well in a spray bottle and apply to hair daily.
For Everyday Use
Drink 4-8 ounces preferably at mealtime or as desired. You can drink it plain or mix it with your favorite juice!
