Black Rice Stir Fry
1 cup of black rice (uncooked)
1/2 cup carrots chopped
1/2 cup of green peas
1/4 onion chopped
1/2 tblsp. fresh ginger chopped (less for taste if desired)
4 tblsp. Bragg's Liquid Amino (more to taste)
1tblspn Chinese Five Spice
Cook rice as instructed. Allow it to cool.
add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a hot pan or wok.
add in the chopped veggies allow them to cook until done but not soft. add in rice, ginger, five spice and liquid aminos. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve.
